Sr. Family Estate (36-Lot) Buying Memorial Lots in the Philippines
The Sr. Family Estate or the 36-Lot Estate is the Top of the Line Inventory. It measures 90 sqm and is located at the Court of Piety Section at Phase 1A or Phase 1B. The lots surrounding the Lagoon are also 36-Lot Estates. An open or close mausoleum may be built but it should not higher than 5 meters. Above ground niches can also be constructed.
